/Say is always simple. Like, /say Server going down in 15 minutes! It will say [!] Server going down in 15 minutes! That’s how you broadcast a message loudly in the chat.
You could also use, /me but /me is a little different. I will explain next time I post. If you do /say, it will say it on the top-left corner.
