Pharming is another bad mechanism which redirects a user to a fake site falsely which appears to be a genuine one. The user enters all the credentials into the duplicate site thinking it to be the legitimate one.
Pharming is a sort of like phishing which has become a major threat to all the e-commerce and e-tailor websites.
So basically, the user gets to the fake website and then enter their info or click on a button. If they click on a button than high chances that a virus will be installed. But if they enter their info than the hacker will use that info for bad purposes or other things.
